My singing career began in the Philippines when I won first prize in the Tawag ng Tanghalan singing contest on my first attempt. From there, I went on to sing professionally in Manila, Saipan, Bahrain and Kuwait. My husband, Bob, earned a degree in Music and a Masters degree in Theatre. After graduation, he worked as an actor and singer in shows and musical productions throughout the US and Canada. We've been singing together at concerts and special events for the past 12 years.

About Pilipino Artist Network

The Pilipino Artists Network (PAN) is a California-statewide, capacity-building program for established and emerging Filipino American artists in nine different disciplines: Traditional Folk Arts, Dance, Theatre, Music, Visual Arts, Media Arts, Literary Arts, Arts Education, and Presenters. It is designed to promote the growth of multiple disciplines by developing mutually supportive relationships that provide greater access to resources and markets not otherwise available through individual efforts.
