Community ExhibitorsThe beauty and strength of the festival comes from the many parts of the community that contribute to the Festival feeling each year.
All community organizations, student clubs, village associations and cultural groups are invited to participate as an exhibitor. With new affordable rates and more options available, the Festival can be an excellent place for you to meet your mission, outreach to the community, or present an aspect of Philippine art, culture or history.
There are also partnership possibilities in exchange for booth or table space. Any organization, small and large, can participate in the festival by providing volunteer time, ticket sales and outreach or presentation cosponsorship. Please contact Vanessa Vela Lovelace for information.
In order to take advantage of the community rate, you must provide us either A copy of your organization’s 501(c)(3) letter (or) A contact list of at least 25 members of your group & a copy of a recent meeting
agenda or flyer of a recent group activities
Please note that only certified nonprofit organizations are allowed to ask for donations. Please read the Community Exhibitors Rules attached.
