Since 2018, Giselle Tongi-Walters has passionately led FilAm Arts with vision, insight, and unwavering drive. Under her leadership, the organization has continued to grow as a dynamic force for Filipino American arts and culture, creating meaningful programs, fostering community connections, and championing the next generation of artists and storytellers. Alongside a small but mighty team of dedicated volunteers, culture bearers, teaching artists, creatives, and community leaders, Giselle leads with purpose, collaboration, and curiosity—guiding FilAm Arts with both heart and clarity.

Harmonie Tangonan

KAPWA Jam Producer, 2026 FPAC Festival Producer

Harmonie T. Tangonan-Kwan (she/her) is a Filipino American producer, storyteller, and community builder dedicated to uplifting Filipino culture through media, arts, and cultural programming. Her work includes producing Kapwa Jam, a children's television program developed with FilAm Arts that highlights Filipino families, values, and traditions. Through creative collaboration and community engagement, she is committed to fostering spaces where Filipino communities can connect, celebrate, and thrive.

Antonio Green

Tony Green is an Inland Empire–based advertising and marketing professional with experience across tech, telecommunications, and nonprofit organizations. Outside of work, he is deeply involved in the arts—enjoying film, museums, and creating his own artwork. He is also a Filipino folk dancer with the Dalisay Filipino American Dance Company and takes great pride in celebrating and sharing Filipino culture.
